Gentle Yoga

Perfect for yogis at all levels, gentle yoga begins with nourishing movements intended to warm up the body and focus the mind. We will only do one or two vinyasa flows and we do them slowly and with mindful intention. There is typically a balance pose and we finish the practice similar to how we started - with nourishing movements, this time intended to cool the body down. The last 5 minutes of class, or so, is dedicated to conscious release of effort in our final resting pose: Savasana.

I love gentle yoga! It was through Gentle yoga that I was able to get myself dedicated to a regular practice. It helped me build strength and gain flexibility in a way that felt really supportive for my body. It is also the class that inspired me to become a yoga teacher – I felt that I just had to share this with others!

Gentle yoga is perfect for yogis at all levels.
